Background

John joined Chen & Leung as an associate in 2008. He received his LLB from the University of British Columbia in 1985 and was called to bar in British Columbia in 1986. Since that time, John has been litigation counsel practicing in a broad range of civil litigation areas, with an emphasis on family law and construction law. Currently John practices only part time with Chen & Leung, and also works half time as for the Law Society of BC as Staff Lawyer, Practice Standards.
